Our Story: A 50-Year Legacy of Service
Our story in the insurance industry began long before the founding of Webb Insurance Holdings. It started with a commitment to doing business the right way—a philosophy passed down through generations.
The Foundation
In 1973, our father, Lewis Webb, joined Allstate. After a successful career on the corporate leadership side, he transitioned to agency ownership in 1995, establishing our family’s roots in our hometown of Rockledge, Florida. His dedication to serving others and building genuine relationships created the blueprint for everything we do today.
Two Paths, One Shared Vision
Brothers Chris and Chuck Webb took unique routes through the insurance world, each building the expertise required to take the family legacy to the next level:
Chris Webb took the reins of the family’s foundational Rockledge agency in 2008. After 15 years of dedicated service as an agency owner, Chris chose to pivot, transitioning into the independent insurance market to offer clients more choices, flexibility, and localized care
Chuck Webb carved out a powerful career in corporate leadership within Allstate before making his own transition to agency ownership in 2020. He began by purchasing our uncle’s agency in Jacksonville and quickly expanded the family footprint by acquiring an additional agency in the Tampa Bay area.
Webb Insurance Holdings Today
After years of independent growth, the timing aligned perfectly for Chris and Chuck to join forces. By combining their corporate backgrounds, independent expertise, and deep industry knowledge, they established Webb Insurance Holdings as the parent company for their expanding regional footprint.
More than just a business, Webb Insurance Holdings is the continuation of a legacy our father began more than 50 years ago. Together, we are proud to carry the Webb name forward and begin the next chapter of our family’s service.
